The price was good but I really don’t like the mattress at all, I find it really hot, and quite uncomfortable Iv yet to wake up with out an uncomfortable back!

Simple purchasing experience, delivery as arranged.
Mattress unrolled and allowed to settle. The difference in comfort between the Emma mattress and my previous (10-year old) was very noticible from the first night. My long-standing lower back discomfort has been markedly reduced since using this mattress. Very impressed and would recommend the Emma

I ordered a mattress via Amazon. It was due to be delivered 20/7/22 (between 700 and 19.00 hours). I duly arranged to be at home for the delivery window.

At 13.43 I received the notification below (from an email to which you cannot reply)

There was no delivery as originally scheduled (but it wasn't clear from the email whether there would or would not be) and to add insult to injury there isn't actually a delivery slot assigned. Something of a problem since somebody will need to be home to accept delivery. Presumably again for a 12 hour delivery slot.

An appalling performance lacking any sense of customer service. Only gave one star because I couldn't leave zero. Extremely unimpressed.

Horrendous mattress. Worst most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. Had this for a year and it’s caused me bad hack hip and shoulder pain. I’ve had to buy a new mattress which has made me more comfortable straight away.
It’s also sinks where you sleep and stays like that which has now created a ridge in the middle of the bed.
Honestly I’m not exaggerating it is the worst bed I have ever had. I literally had to go to a physio who advised changing our mattress

This is the best mattress I have ever had. It is a joy to go to bed without a sore back. There is not enough space here to describe the wonder full nights we are
having. I truly wish we had purchased one years ago.My husband and I have never had such good sleep.We like to turn the mattress now and again, and just wish the handles had been horisontal not vertical. As they are so dificult to hold qwith old hands. Other than that the mattress is perfect in every way.

We are really happy with our new hybrid mattress from EMMA. It arrived two days after ordering. They took our old mattress away for a small fee.Instructions about the new mattress are available through a QR code on the box.
We have had the mattress for 8 weeks and find it really comfortable to sleep on, light and easy to turn and it has been very cool in the recent heatwave.
Highly recommend.

After much research into using a new king size mattress, which to be honest can be quite confusing. However we opted for the Emma original and im so glad we did. In the past years my wife has been suffering with real bad arthritis. I also found that the old mattress held the heat and had begun to feel less supportive.

The Emma Mattress is all that we hoped it would be and in fact more. Very comfortable, cool, and gives us both a wonderful nights sleep even in the recent heatwave. Delivery. Fast and efficient, easy to unpack and unroll. Great price for a great mattress
